UX Design | Product Development

Introducing Venn, the tech startup with a vision to change the way millennials search for jobs. The main goal of this project was to introduce the innovative way in which Venn wanted to disrupt the job hunting market - through a matchmaking service. To tap into the millennial mindset, we designed the process such that job applicants were given a quiz about their ideal work culture, passions, interests and strengths.
